Summer is over. I say that with plenty of authority, and no respect for the actual calendar which seems to think summer ends in late September. I beg to differ. Summer ends the night before school starts, which happens to be tonight.
To ease the transition back into the school year, all month long I’ll be reviewing books about school. There’ll be information on Dan Gutman’s My Weird School series, Louis Sachar’s twisted Sideways Stories From Wayside School, a new book I’m dying to read – The Strange Case of the Origami Yoda and plenty more.
